Last week I purchased a 2019 CVO Street Glide at Kent's. I have been searching, researching, and scheming my personal finances for about 9 months in order to buy my dream bike. I have visited Longhorn, Central Texas, Waco, and Cowboy HD over the past 3 months looking for the best "deal" on a 2019 CVO SG. (When spending 40K every little bit helps) About two weeks ago, I called Steve out of curiosity. My inquiry was about the 2019 CVO SG on the showroom floor. Steve came back with a price and trade-in value much more reasonable than the other HD Dealerships that I had visited or contacted. I have always been treated very well by all at Kent's. Was on a ride and stopped in for a t-shirt and look around. Saw the new 2017 Ultra Limited and was interested enough to talk to a salesman. Larry Carey assisted me and GM Steve Hood looked at my bike for appraisal. Before I knew it, I was in the finance office signing on my new Harley. Just wanted to give a big thanks to Jason Coffman, Service Manager and his technician who serviced my Honda Rancher ATV. I bought it used and it had received rather shoddy maintenance upkeep, and the service work you performed has it running fantastic! In fact it has never run this well before. Jason is extremely knowledgeable and provides great communication throughout the process, and his technician turned my ATV around very quickly. No one else will be touching my ATV from now on except the excellent service team at Kents Cycles.

On a whim, I went to Kent's to look at a bike a friend told me about. I wasn't really looking to purchase a bike at this time, but well you know how it goes. The staff at Kent's were amazing. Although I have never owed a Harley before (always wanted one) the staff really took the time to explain in detail about the bike. Been to several Harley dealers were they have made me feel inferior. Here at Kent's, if you are buying a Harley for the first time, they will make you feel right at home. I have to say that was the best experience in purchasing something for the first time. Thank you for making this experience the best.

Kent's Harley & Honda Shop on South Clack Street in Abilene, Texas packed up and shipped my Honda motorcycle to my home in New Orleans FREE OF CHARGE when I was sent overseas in 1971. They had told me it would cost more than the bike was worth, but I didn't care...I *loved* my bike. In the crate, they added a note: "Come back safe, kid." No wonder they're still in business!

We were in the area visiting the Zoo and local entertainment for our 4 year old grandson. I visit Harley houses when I see them and pick up a poker chips and t shirts for my collection. On a trip from Alabama to San Angelo, I lost a rear tire at midnight on a Friday, Labor Day weekend. I left the bike on the side of the rode outside Ballinger, Tx. I called 9am Saturday morning and talked with Nathan. I told him that HOG was waiting on my decision about where to take the bike since it was Labor Day weekend. Nathan told me to forget HOG and had his people come get the bike, a 150 mile round trip for them. They put it immediately on the lift and I had a new tire with no tow fee, no mounting fee and out the door by 2 pm. A naysayer would complain about the cost of the tire maybe, which was slightly below retail, but you cannot complain about the quality or expediency of the service provided which is worth a lot, nor about the friendliness of the staff.

i was on a weekend trip to hit a few dealers , as it turns out i got held up in traffic on my first day and the voltage regulator started acting up from the heat on my 12 tri-glide , this is the second time ,so i know how long this should take, so my first dealer stop on friday am first thing i went to service and asked if they could squeeze it in and he opened his book and i seen 4 bikes listed , said i needed to drop off now for saturday , told him i was on road , he didnt care , will never go there again !!!! decided to drive on and try to make home , it was coming and going at this point but getting worse then i pulled into kents at 4:30 on saturday , my girlfriend said go ask and i said no there trying to close , i did and the guys in service were great !!! they had me back on the road by the time she finished shoping , THANK YOU KENT'S !! i will spread the word about your great dealership...

Had a 10,000 mi service, rear tire replacement, and charging issue trouble shoot today. Service dept staff were excellent, price and special on tire mount/balance (free) was a great deal. Also washed off my Harley for me and left it nice and shiny. Store and lounge area comfortable and laid back. Very satisfied with my experience today at Kent's. Great location as well. Thanks.

Nathan and the service staff did an incredible job getting me back on the road. I had to be in Abilene due to a death in the family and when I arrived, my old Softail was making an unusual sound. I took it to Kent's, Nathan immediately diagonsed the problem and worked very hard to get me into the service schedule. My bike was ready when I needed to head home a couple of days later. I've bought three bikes from Kents! I plan to get one or two more! Larry, Steve, Willie and Ray-Ray are all great salesmen. I've bought atleast five leather jackets and as many plain or nylon. Many tee's, hats, gloves, du raggs and many other things that said H-D from Steve and my girl L.Z.(Linda Z.) At one time I worked part time at Kents in the parts dept. It was great working with Donny,Mike G. and Shitty Smitty!! But later got alot of advice from Nick. Now you know that I had to get my insurance from LaDonna and the ladys up frount. As for the guys in the back many of who I've known for many, many years Young Johnny,Steve-vo and Capt.Cook plus my hommie Paul and every one else!! On a road trip in April 2012, I experienced a road hazard near Abilene requiring a new rear tire. It had to be hauled by a wrecker service from near Sweetwater about 3 in the afternoon on a Thursday. After contacting a competitor (who told me it would take until the next Wednesday to get a tire) I found Kent's on the Internet and gave them a call. Now, I know the tire to be an odd size and wasn't surprised that Kent's didn't have it. There was a surprise for me though. They did get there overnight (at no extra charge to me) and had me back on the road shortly after noon just the day after I broke down. They shuttled me to and from the motel of my choice as a courtesy. They really outdid my expectations. The staff were very friendly and helpful, for which I am thankful. I Highly recommend these wonderful people.Oh, by the way, I was riding a Yamaha. Thank you all at Kent's.

I bought my first motorcycle from Kent's in 1978 when they where located on walnut street and I was a 15 year old kid, I bought my second in 1992, I started my second childhood in 2012 and purchased a 2000 FLSTS from them. Well this is my second testimonial. In 2009 I found the smoothest riding bike I had ever rode, an Ultra Classic Electraglide. Well my old legs and hips are going and I've been looking at Trikes since my Ultra was getting hard to hold up at lights. I was a bit amazed at how much patience and time Steve took to let me try my hand at a trike to see if I wanted to give up my beloved Ultra. I did find out the quote of "Do not assume that since you've been riding motorcycles for 30 years, that you already know how to ride a trike. You may find yourself in the ditch." had merit. But with time I was able to ride the trike and liked the stability. Steve had my new 2012 TriGlide ready for me, financing was smooth and parts came up with all the goodies I wanted on the Trike. After learning to ride a Trike in about two weeks, I found it to be very responsive, quick, stable and maneuvable. I quickly learned how to push/pull, forget the feet on the ground, no leaning and was thrilled how after a long ride I wasn't tired anymore and no pain in my legs. I've always been impressed with parts and apparel with their help and good advice about products. Thanks Steve for keeping me on the highway feeling the wind longer than I might have been able to...Trike on!

After learning how to ride on a Kawasaki Vulcan for 2 years, I was ready to get my first Harley. Willie was a fantastic sales rep... no pressure, he just listened to what I wanted and helped point me in the right direction. The young man that helped me pick out the parts did a phenomenal job, especially with his recommendation for the exhaust pipes. Robin in the financing department worked with me to ensure all of the paperwork was ready, and was able to give me a deal that beat out the preapproved offer I had from my own bank. Finally, the service guys worked late into the night to ensure my bike was ready for me to pick up when I discovered I was going to have an opportunity to pick it up a day early. Every facet of my buying experience was first rate... I didn't meet a single person at Kent's that wasn't eager, helpful and friendly. It didn't take long into my 100 mile ride home to fall completely in love with my new Harley... and Kent's has guaranteed themselves a customer for as long as I'm within riding distance of the shop. I bought a new Honda 90 from Kent's in the early 1970's as a teenager, then graduated to other various flavored "rice burners". Then, life got in the way of my two-wheeled endeavors where I had to become "responsible"...or something to that effect...then I became a full time "cager" for a number of years. Fast forward to my mid-fifties. I walked into Kent's dealership in December of 2010 & was met by salesman Willie. This time, I was looking for one of Harley Davidson's magnificent American-made masterpieces in steel and chrome. It didn't take long for me to find "the one" in the vast Kent's showroom. Test rode the Harley-Davidson Heritage Softail & was immediately hooked by the time I shifted to second gear. Harley-Davidson's sell themselves & Willie merely guided me thru the business negotiation process with professionalism coupled with down-to-earth concern for my needs & all of this was seasoned with a dash of West Texas humor. At no time did I feel like a mere number. When the big day finally came in late March of 2011 to ride my new Harley home, the final business processes were taken care in textbook fashion by Willie, assisted by Robyn in the financial department.
